Lynne Hartman

Lynne Hartman is a professional lighting designer based in Richmond, Virginia. Since 1980, she has designed over 100 productions from the classics to world premieres for age levels ranging from adults to children.

Ms. Hartman is a member of the professional union for Designers--United Scenic Artists (local 829.) Her designs have been produced in the Richmond area by organizations such as Theatre IV, Barksdale Theatre, TheatreVirginia, Richmond Ballet Company, Dogwood Dell, and VCU Dance Department to name a few.

Ms. Harman’s regional credits include Porthouse Theatre, The Lost Colony, McCarter Theatre, University of South Carolina, and the Kings Dominion and Carowinds theme parks.

Lynne received a BA in Dramatic Arts from Mary Washington College and worked one year in the graduate program at University of Maryland.
